The quickest way is Profile → Contact support in the app: it fills in your device ID and app version for you. Writing from elsewhere? Copy the device ID from the bottom of Profile and paste it into your email — there is no account, so it is how we find your credits and creations.
Common questions
How do credits work?
Every generation shows its cost in credits before you tap Generate. Your plan adds credits every week or every month; unused plan credits do not carry over. Subscribers can buy extra packs that never expire. Profile → Credits shows your balance and what the credits buy.
A generation failed. Did I lose my credits?
No. If a generation fails or the AI provider refuses a request, its credits come back automatically. If they did not, email us your device ID and roughly when it happened.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose AI Studio and tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you paid for.
I reinstalled the app or changed phone. How do I get my plan back?
Open Profile → Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I get a refund?
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where are my videos, images and music?
In the Library tab, stored on your phone. Open one to save it to Photos or share it. Our server keeps a copy for 30 days so a result can reach you if your phone was offline when it finished.
Why was my request refused?
AI providers check every request against their content rules, and some prompts or photos are refused — see what may not be created in the Terms of Use. A refused request costs nothing. Try rephrasing it.
How do I delete my data?
Profile → Delete my data removes your creations, balance and records from our server and your Library from the phone. It does not cancel a subscription. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
